Snowy Owl Invasion

Spectacular Snowy Owls are on the move!

The owls are irrupting well south of their usual winter range in Canada, with reports as far south as Kansas. To read more about the phenomenon in eBird, select this link.   1. Cool! I was hoping for a Snowy while in New Hampshire for Christmas. Alas, they were either too far north or too far south I guess. Luckily I can come here for some nice looks.
