Mammal Monday Mink

Posted by Pat Bumstead

Calgary photographer Rob English has managed to get some truly stunning photos of an elusive little American Mink in Fish Creek Provincial Park, Calgary, AB. These little members of the weasel family are found throughout North America near densely vegetated waterways, marshes and wetlands. A bird blog may seem a strange place to showcase mink pictures as they do love eggs, but they are doing their bit to keep the Canada Goose population in check. 🙂
